Michael W. Stenger represents clients in all areas of family law, such as divorce, custody, alimony and property division. His work frequently involves complex financial issues that require careful navigation. Michael brings a unique business perspective to his family law practice through his prior representation of business owners, corporations and various professionals, including doctors, engineers and attorneys in civil litigation.
While attending Villanova University School of Law, Michael took part in an intensive internship with the school’s Civil Justice Clinic. He also received a Scribes Award for best student-authored case note, The First Circuit Strikes Out in Jones v. City of Boston: A Pitch for Practical Significance in Disparate Impact Cases, and finished as a finalist in a National Louis Jackson Memorial Student Writing Competition. Michael also received a Philip S. Wilder Jr. Award for Academic Distinction in Athletics, and was a letterman on the football team during his time at Hartwick College.
