All Five Attorneys at Rutkin, Oldham & Griffin Recognized by Super Lawyers
Partners Arnold Rutkin, Sarah (Sally) Oldham, David Griffin and Dyan Kozaczka, along with Associate Karissa Parker, have all been recognized by Super Lawyers, a rating service of outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
Every year, thousands of candidates are nominated by their peers for this award. Each nominee is then evaluated by independent judges using a multiphase selection process, which includes independent research and peer evaluations. Only the top 5 percent of attorneys who have practiced law for at least 10 years are included in the list of Super Lawyers, and only the top 2.5 percent of attorneys who have practiced law for less than 10 years or are under the age of 40 are included in the list of Super Lawyers Rising Stars.
Attorneys Rutkin and Oldham have been recognized as Super Lawyers since its inception in 2006. Attorney David Griffin has been selected to Super Lawyers every year since 2011. Attorney Kozaczka has been named by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star from 2014 until present. Attorney Parker received her first Super Lawyers recognition this year as a Rising Star.
The objective of the Super Lawyers recognition process is to create a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys that can be used as a resource for attorneys and consumers searching for legal counsel.
Rutkin, Oldham & Griffin Recognized in 2019 edition of Best Lawyers®
Rutkin, Oldham & Griffin, LLC has received national rankings in the ninth edition of U.S. News – Best Lawyers® “Best Law Firms” for our accomplishments in Family Law. To be eligible for a ranking, a firm must have a lawyer listed in The Best Lawyers in America®, which recognizes the top 4 percent of practicing attorneys in the US. Rutkin, Oldham & Griffin has 3 attorneys on this year’s “Best Lawyers” list.
The rankings for law firms are derived from a combination of client feedback, the regard that other lawyers have for our firm, and our responses to the law firm survey sent to us by U.S. News researchers.
Ranked firms, presented in tiers, are listed on a national and/or metropolitan scale. Receiving a tier designation reflects the high level of respect a firm has earned among other leading lawyers and clients in the same communities and the same practice areas for their abilities, their professionalism, and their integrity. Rutkin, Oldham & Griffin has been ranked as Tier 1 in Family Law on the metropolitan scale.
