Arnold H. Rutkin receives Lifetime Achievement Award

The Connecticut Law Tribune has awarded Arnold Rutkin its Lifetime Achievement Award. This honor recognizes those attorneys who have left a lasting imprint on the legal community.  Arnold has made broad and valuable contributions to the legal community, beginning with his career in legal aid in Bridgeport.  He is a zealous advocate for clients and has a noteworthy record of family law advocacy.  For many years, he was the editor in chief of the Family Advocate, the American Bar Association’s monthly magazine for Family Law.  In 2017, a Scholars Fund was established in Arnold’s name by the Center for Children’s Advocacy, honoring his work in supporting children who live with challenge and lack of access to a critical support system.
